Soul Survivors implements the highest industry standards in regards to health and sterilization. Part of our standards include monthly spore testing of the autoclave and continual litmus testing of autoclave cycles in order to insure the utmost care for the public. All artists at Soul Survivors are certified annually by Health Educators Inc.® as education is our greatest tool to assure our awareness, and your safety. It is important for our staff to recognize the concerns of public health and provide the public with the most modern technology available in this regard. Moreover Marc Vienneau, Eric Johanson, and Jason Berezuk have all received formal training and hold certfication in Microbiology for Invasive Procedures from the University of Winnipeg. Eric Johanson has been (and is) the sole driving force behind the Body Modification By-Law reformation which has just been passed in Winnipeg of 04/23/05, and will become law effective January, 2006. In point of fact, Eric has been the leading voice in the community advocating for positive social change. For the past four years he has been tirelessly striving to revolutionize the archaic existing Tattoo By-Law with one that is clearly in the interests of the public at hand. |
